Spring Pepperonata Dip

Ingredients
✨1 cup full-fat Greek yogurt
✨½ cup crumbled feta
✨Zest of 1 lemon
✨1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
✨1 tablespoon local honey (trust me on this)
✨2 ½ tablespoons Bona Furtuna Red Pepper Pesto, divided
✨1 small garlic clove, finely minced
✨1 teaspoon sea salt
✨Drizzle of Bona Furtuna EVOO
How to make it
1. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, feta, lemon juice, honey, garlic, lemon zest, and a pinch of sea salt until smooth.
2. Swirl in 1 ½ tablespoons of Bona Furtuna’s Red Pepper Pesto—bonus points if you leave ribbon streaks for a swoon-worthy aesthetic✨. Transfer dip to serving bowl.
3. Finish with small dollops of remaining Red Pepper Pesto, a drizzle of Bona Furtuna EVOO and flaky sea salt on top.
4. Serve with an assortment of spring vegetables, crusty sourdough, or eat it straight up with a spoon (no shame).☀️🥳
