Italian Charcuterie Board

As soon as the temperature drops, I love making everything and anything feel cozy, including my charcuterie boards. This Italian themed board is antipasti magic, highlighting traditional caprese ingredients, the season’s last heirloom tomatoes, prosciutto di parma and Bona Furtuna’s delicious Taralli crackers. There’s love in every bite.

This season I’m leaning into what makes me feel at home, and that includes nostalgic flavors and feeding people I love. 

Slowing down and savoring the moment feels easy when your favorite snacks are involved.

Here’s what you’ll need to copycat this for your next gathering:

Ingredients 

  • 1 bag of Bona Furtuna Taralli of your choice (Caramelized Onion, Fennel or Calabrian Chili!)

  • Mozzarella log, sliced 

  • 1 Burrata ball  

  • 2 Heirloom tomatoes, sliced 

  • 4 Roma tomatoes, sliced 

  • Focaccia bread, sliced  

  • ¼ pound Prosciutto di Parma, sliced thinly 

  • ½ cup Castelvetrano Olives

  • 1 hunk of Parmesan Reggiano, broken into cubes  

  • Salted Marcona almonds, for garnish 

  • Bona Furtuna Heritage Olive Oil, for drizzling 

  • Bona Furtuna Wild Pine Tree Honey, for drizzling

  • 5-10 Fresh Basil leaves, for garnish 

  • Rosemary sprigs, for garnish (optional) 

Directions

  1. Assemble your ingredients as desired. Drizzle Bona Furtuna Olive Oil on top of tomatoes, mozzarella and burrata. Serve immediately to your favorite humans.
